Masseria Pezze Galere is an ancient olive trees plantation in Apulia (Southern Italy), where our family produces high quality extra virgin olive oil since 1859. We take care of our three thousand olive trees every day and look after every production chain step, from harvesting to bottling. Among olive trees we renovated a traditional house, “La Casina” with private pool (exclusive to our Casina guests) where we offer a true apulian experience. Come visit us if you want to take a walk though our secular olive trees, learn how EVO oil is made, visit seaside, discover ancient towns and trulli or have breakfast in the porch with homemade jams made of fruit from our orchard.
A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking. This advance will be refunded (4% fee excluded) if the intention to cancel the reservation is communicated within 30 days of the check-in date. The remaining amount will be paid on the day of check-in, even if the guest for any reason communicates that he does not want or can no longer stay in the structure within 7 days from the check-in date.
IMPORTANT: Access to the Casina, Casa del Fico and their respective swimming pools is limited to guests of the facility only. It is therefore forbidden to organize dinners, parties and events of any kind with the participation of external guests.
GENERAL REGULATION: Check in time: from 14:00 onwards Check out time: before 10:00. However, it is possible to agree a different time with the management based on availability. To provide for daily cleaning, please allow access to the staff by and no later than 12:00. After this time the cleaning service will be carried out the next day (always before 12:00). It is recommended not to leave any object or clothing unattended outside the apartment. It is also recommended to use the safe to store valuables. The management is not responsible for items left unattended. In addition to the equipment inside the apartment (coffee, milk, cereals etc.), the breakfast prepared daily (croissants, bread, etc.) is ready every day at 8:00. Please promptly notify the staff of any food allergies or intolerances. The water in the apartment is drinkable. For safety reasons the consumption of alcoholic beverages is not allowed.
POOL REGULATION: The use of the private swimming pool is allowed only to guests of Masseria Pezze Galere. External guests are not allowed, unless expressly authorized by the Management of the Structure. Please note that there is no lifeguard assistant. Please be very careful. The use of a swimming cap is mandatory It is mandatory to take a shower before entering the water. It is forbidden to enter the tub with tanning and protective creams and hair oils without having taken a shower. It is forbidden to swim in bad weather conditions For all those who cannot swim, armrests or life jackets are required. It is forbidden to throw papers, butts or anything else in the water or in the garden. It is forbidden to bring in containers and / or objects made of glass, hard plastic or metal and other objects not strictly related to bathing. It is forbidden to run on the pool surface, push other swimmers into the water and take dives. Warning: the height of the pool (1.40 meters) does not allow it and is therefore very dangerous It is forbidden to play dangerous or disturbing games or exercises to other guests Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult who assumes responsibility and is able to intervene in case of need. It is forbidden for younger children to stay near the pool without parents or companions. Very young children must wear a containment panty. In case of need, guests must use the toilets in the rooms / apartments assigned to them. It is advisable to allow an interval of at least 3 hours between the meal and the bath. It is forbidden to bring animals into the pool and surrounding area. It is forbidden to bring inflatables for children and mattresses into the pool.
